All prices shown are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. Due to flucuations in currency and rapidly increasing material costs, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All published prices do not include Shipping & Handling charges.

Sales tax applicable on all Penssylvania purchases unless a valid PA Tax Exempt Certificate is provided prior to purchase.

International Orders require an Electronic Bank Wire Transfer before orders are shipped. All bank transfers must include a $40 International Transaction Fee that covers bank handling surcharge as well as additional necessary documention. Shipping
Most orders received will be shipped within 24 hours.
We currently use UPS as our default shipping company unless otherwise requested.
With UPS, you can specify Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, or Ground.
FedEx, DHL and USPS services also available upon specail request.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual weight of your order.
If you supply an email address, you will be notified of the total order cost and shipping details.

Orders weighting over 150 lbs cannot be shipped via UPS and therefore using a commercial trucking/transport carrier would become the default shipping method.

If you need to be notified of Actual Shipping and Handling costs previous to shipping, please ask your sales rep or inform us by email while placing your order.

All orders shipped are fully insured, and require a handwritten signature at time of delivery.

For accuracy and authenticity on credit card orders, we ship only to billing addresses.

Damaged Packaging
Extreme care goes into the handling and packaging of each VAC product.
All packages are shipped insured.
If package appears damaged on arrival, report the damage to the driver and have the driver acknowledge the damage as well. Ask the driver to note that the package is damaged.
If products appears damaged after opening, contact the carrier immediately.
Save all packaging as best as possible for a claim inspection.

Warranty Policy
VAC Motorsports offers only to the original purchaser that the VAC product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase except for but not limited to:

CLOSEOUT, SPECIAL ORDERS and SALE items. Deposit and sale on such items are FINAL. Brake rotors and/or pads which are considered wear related/maintenance components. Flywheel and clutches which are considered wear related/maintenance components.

The warranty does not apply where:

-The product has been used in competition/racing
-The product has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained
-Repairs have been made or attempted by others
-Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear
-Alterations have been attempted or made to the product
-The product is a consumable
-The product has been in an accident

This warranty is limited to repairs or replacement, without charge, of the product/part found to be defective or at VAC Motorsports option, refund of the purchase price and does not extend to claims for other losses or damages arising from the defect. If a part or a component from VAC Motorsports is found to be defective, this warranty shall apply only to the defective part or component and shall not require VAC Motorsports to repair, replace or refund the complete VAC Motorsports system/kit. In no event shall VAC Motorsports liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price of the original VAC Motorsports product.

This warranty does not include the cost of removal or reinstallation of the product. No person or representative is authorized to extend any warranties on behalf of VAC Motorsports for any liability (other than expressed herein) in connection with the sale of any VAC product.

VAC Motorsports disclaims any and all liability for any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose. Under no circumstances shall VAC Motorsports be liable for any Incidental, Indirect, Specific or Consequential damages arising from purchaser's use of the product. Effective 1/01/08

Return Procedure
New product for refund or credit.
If a part needs to be returned for a refund or credit, it must be in original saleable condition. All products returned must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way. It must be resellable as "new". It must be received by VAC Motorsports no later than 30 days of the original invoice. No return will be accepted without a RGA (Return Goods Authorization)# on the outside of package.

Cores must be returned in their original factory packaging for a full refund. Credit for returned cylinder heads will only be approved after inspection.  Cylinder heads must be not be cracked, warped or damaged in order for credit to be issued. 

No return on special order items. Deposit on supercharger kits are non refundable. No return on electrical and/or fuel injected items. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Absolutely no refund after 30 days of date on invoice.

Defective product return policy
Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

To make a claim under this warranty, you must:

1. Make every attempt to determine that the problem is attributed to the VAC Motorsports product. Take all steps to ensure that the problem is not caused by:
   Installation error
   Misapplication
   Modification
   Abuse
   Accident
   An inspection fee will be charged for all products sent to VAC Motorsports for inspection and found to be in proper working order or malfunctioning due to cause other than manufacturing defect:
2. If the problem cannot be identified, obtain a RGA # from VAC Motorsports. Retain the RGA # for reference.
3. Send the product freight and/or postage prepaid to:

   Clearly, mark the RGA# on the outside of the package and the mailing label. PACKAGES WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION WILL BE RETURNED. Include a copy of your original invoice showing:

   A list of ALL modifications to the vehicle
   Product part number
   Date of purchase
   The purchase price
   Your name and address
   Daytime phone number
   Email Address
   
4. VAC Motorsports is not responsible for products returned to VAC Motorsports without a clearly marked RGA# and return address.
