For your convenience, there are 2 easy ways to order any VAC product.
Ordering On Line
Use the convenience of your computer and the VAC website to order any item shown. Please be assured that we go to extensive lengths to secure all transactions, transaction data to and from VAC is protected by a secured socket layer (SSL). We never share or sell your private information like email address. Personal information is kept confidential.

Domestic Order Payment
Discover, Master Card, Visa, and American Express are acceptable.
Money orders & certified checks are accepted on a prepay basis.
No COD on retail sales unless previously approved.
International Order Payment
We require all international orders to be paid by Electronic Bank Wire Transfer before orders are shipped. All bank transfers must include a $27-40 International Transaction Fee that covers bank handling surcharge as well as additional necessary documentation. All bank transfers must be made in US Dollars only. All prices shown are in US Dollars unless otherwise noted. Due to fluctuations in currency and rapidly increasing material costs, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
This may happen at any time, including items going up from suppliers who have not yet reported these increase to us. In the event of a product cost change, we will contact you and ask how you would like to proceed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipping & Handling charges are handled by the delivery provider and are subject to change at any time.
If you find a lower price, please be able to email us a link. Whenever possible, we will price match on the same item if it is in stock at the other retailers location.
Applicable only on purchases made in Pennsylvania unless a valid PA Tax Exempt Certificate is provided prior to purchase.
Wholesale and Volume Discounts
Please contact us to setup a wholesale account. Available for qualifying businesses.
Most orders received will be shipped within 24 hours. We currently use UPS as our default shipping company. With UPS, you can specify Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, or Ground domestically. FedEx and USPS services also available upon special request.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual weight of your order and carry a $5 material and handling fee. If you supply an email address, you will be notified of the total order cost and shipping details.
Orders weighting over 150 lbs cannot be shipped via UPS and therefore using a commercial trucking/transport carrier would become the default shipping method. If you need to be notified of Actual Shipping and Handling costs previous to shipping, please ask your sales rep or inform us by email while placing your order.
All orders shipped are fully insured, and normally require a handwritten signature at time of delivery.
You are responsible to inspect your complete order immediately upon receipt. If your product has been damaged during shipment, you must immediately notify us within 48 hours via email (email@example.com) and include pictures of the damage which include the original packaging. Do not throw away the box or packaging material or else a claim cannot be processed and therefore you will incur the loss. Extreme care goes into the handling and packaging of each VAC product. All packages are shipped insured for invoice value. If a package appears damaged on arrival, report the damage to the driver immediately and have the driver acknowledge the damage as well. Ask the driver to note that the package is damaged. If product/s appear damaged after opening, contact the carrier immediately. Save all packaging as best as possible for a claim inspection.
In the case we ship you a product that is in error on part of VAC, we will accept the incorrect item in return and provide you with the correct part if it is available from us. The item(s) will be shipped by UPS Ground domestic, or by our method of choice for international orders. If you wish to expedite this shipment, the customer is to pay the difference in cost for expedited service. If you wish the item dispatched before the incorrect item is received, we will place the value of the correct order on your balance until the incorrect item is returned to VAC in resalable condition. VAC will not honor this for any mis-ships due to customer error or website input errors.
Warranty & Policy
We make a critical effort to only offer what we feel are the most reputable and highest quality parts in the BMW industry. Just like all performance retailers, we do not offer any product warranty on products that are not our own. If you install a component and it does not work as advertised or doesn't last as long as it should, please contact VAC first so we can either offer our assistance, or assist you in making contact with the manufacturer. If you have any questions about warrantees on any particular item, please contact us by email before ordering.
VAC Motorsports offers to the original purchaser that their VAC product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase except for the following, but not limited to:
- CLOSEOUT, SPECIAL ORDERS and SALE items; deposits and sales on such items are FINAL
- Brake rotors and/or pads, Flywheel and clutches, bushings (which are all considered wear related / consumable/ maintenance components)
- VAC Cylinder heads or engines (see separate warranty information below)
If a product is no longer made, or is superseded, in the event the item must be replaced VAC will attempt to match that items value to something in our current manufacturing lineup.
Non VAC items
We will contact the manufacture in an attempt to offer a similar product. As the BMW world is highly specialized and often supported by smaller brands; if the manufacture has ceased doing business we may not be able to offer any technical support or warranty for these products. The warranty does not apply and is void in any instance where:
- The product has been used in any competition / racing; sanctioned or unsanctioned
- The product has been abused, misused, or improperly maintained
- Repairs have been made or attempted by others
- Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear
- Alterations have been attempted or made to the product
- The product is a consumable
- The product has been in an accident or on a vehicle that has been damaged
This warranty is limited to repairs or replacement, without charge, of the product/part found to be defective, or at VAC Motorsports discretion; refund of the purchase price. This does not extend to claims for other losses or damages arising from the defect. If a part or a component from VAC Motorsports is found to be defective, this warranty shall apply only to the defective part or component and shall not require VAC Motorsports to repair, replace or refund the complete VAC Motorsports system/kit. In no event shall VAC Motorsports liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price of the original VAC Motorsports product.
This warranty does not include the cost of removal or reinstallation of the product. No person or representative is authorized to extend any warranties on behalf of VAC Motorsports for any liability (other than expressed herein) in connection with the sale of any VAC product.
VAC Motorsports disclaims any and all liability for any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose. Under no circumstances shall VAC Motorsports be liable for any incidental, indirect, specific or consequential damages arising from purchaser's use of the product.
Engine & Cylinder Head Warranties
The VAC engine/head warranty supersedes all others stated from VAC Motorsports and covers all "built" engine components from VAC. We stand behind our rebuilt engines and heads and offer a 30 day from purchase "Quality Guarantee" on all workmanship and labor in our rebuilt / refreshed components for manufacturer defects. Any engine/engines/heads built by VAC Motorsports for any use or modified in any way from 100% stock reconditioning are sold as a racing component and without any warrantees whatsoever implied or expressed.
VAC Motorsports is not responsible for any and all failures that may occur when the vehicle is operated or tested in any fashion. VAC will not be responsible or liable for any damages, cost claims, inconveniences, injuries, or expensive related to or caused by any type of failure. VAC's warranty covers the workmanship issue only. It does not cover any costs incurred beyond the component/ issue, such as: teardowns, tuning, shipping/ handling/ insurance charges, towing, Mechanic / Service shop time, rentals, etc. For components specified as rebuilt to factory specifications: the warranty covers workmanship and VAC’s labor to repair only. This does not cover any failures from any BMW components such as head castings, or valves.
To have a warranty claim, the product MUST be sent to VAC for inspection. VAC will not reimburse for parts/labor, and will not be liable for any additional costs or expenses outside of repairing or replacing the component/s at our sole discretion.
New product return for refund or credit
If a part needs to be returned for a refund or credit, it must be in original sale condition.
All products returned must not have been installed, damaged, or used in any way. To clarify our policy: any item must be sellable as "new condition". It must be received by VAC Motorsports no later than 30 days of the original invoice. No return will be accepted without a RMA number (Return Authorization Number) on the outside of package. Cores must be returned in their original factory packaging for a full refund.
Return of product must be approved prior to sending the product back and accompanied by a copy of your Credit Memo or your return cannot be processed AND WILL BE REFUSED. Returned parts must be unused and in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE SHIPMENT. Custom built or ordered products are NON RETURNABLE. Labor fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
Credit for Returned Cylinder Heads
Will only be approved after inspection. Cylinder heads must be not be cracked, warped or damaged in any way, and must be fit for reuse after reconditioning as VAC Motorsports sees fit in order for credit to be issued.
All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Absolutely no refund after 30 days of sales date on invoice.
We cannot provide returns or credits toward other merchandise or service for special order items. Deposits on supercharger/ Turbocharger kits are non refundable.
- No Returns Accepted on the Following Items
- Brake pads (where the box has been opened)
- Engine bearings
- Pistons (where box has been opened OR, with custom specifications)
- Custom connecting rods
- Gaskets & gasket kits (where the box has been opened)
Defective Product Return Policy
Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Many times, the warranty is provided by the manufacture. To make a claim under this warranty, you must:
- Make every attempt to determine that the problem is attributed to the VAC Motorsports product. Take all steps to ensure that the problem is not caused by:
- Installation error
An inspection fee will be charged for all products sent to VAC Motorsports for inspection and found to be in proper working order or malfunctioning due to cause other than manufacturing defect.
- If the problem cannot be identified, obtain RMA # from VAC Motorsports. Retain the RMA # for reference.
- Send the product freight and/or postage prepaid to:

Clearly, mark the RMA# on the outside of the package and the mailing label. PACKAGES WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION WILL BE RETURNED.
Include a copy of your original invoice showing:
- A detailed description of the problem
- A list of ALL modifications to the vehicle
- Product part number
- Date of purchase
- The purchase price
- Your name and address
- Daytime phone number
- Email Address
- VAC Motorsports is not responsible for products returned to VAC Motorsports without a clearly marked RGA# and return address.
- Shipping charges are not refundable
ALL TYPES OF DRIVING, RACING, AND MOTORSPORTS IN GENERAL ARE DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO PROFESSIONAL, AMATEUR, AND DRIVERS EDUCATION EVENTS.
VAC COMPONENTS ARE SOLD AND INTENDED FOR OFF ROAD USE AND MAY OR MAY NOT BE ROAD LEGAL DEPENDING ON LOCAL JURISDICTION. IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF VAC MOTORSPORTS TO KNOW OR DISCLOSE THE NATURE OF THE LEGALITY'S OF COMPONENTS FOR ANY AND ALL USE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VAC MOTORSPORTS, IT'S OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND/OR VOLUNTEERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION: INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, PERSONAL INJURY/WRONGFUL DEATH, DEATH, OBLIGATIONS, CLAIMS, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES, LOST PROFITS, OR DEMANDS OF ANY KIND AND OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER) RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION OR SPECTATING IN OR AROUND ANY VEHICLE USING PARTS FROM OR PREPARED BY VAC MOTORSPORTS. WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT VAC MOTORSPORTS HAS/HAD ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR DANGERS.
