VAC Heavy Duty Valve Sets are precision made to our exacting specifications.
Intake valves are nitride-treated stainless steel, while the exhaust valves are a severe duty alloy (brand name Inconel).
This set is built for super high horsepower, forced induction, and/or Nitrous Oxide equipped S38's that generate very high combustion temps and/or very high boost.
Made from a highly advanced alloy, our valves will survive where no others will.
Intake: 38, 38.5, 39mm, Exhaust: 33mm
Our valves feature:
- One piece high tech alloy construction for maximum heat resistance(compared to 2 piece valves which fail at weld, and melt at high boost)
- Triple (3) groove keeper style for compatibility with OEM style valve locks
- Extreme heavy duty; if these don't survive nothing will
- Tested to 9500RPMs
- Valve sets are sized for high horsepower applications
VAC Tech Tip:
These valves are built for high heat and severe duty. For naturally aspirated, high revving applications, and Turbo applications under 700HP, we recomend our forged stainless steel valves as they are lighter.
Specify if you need our full valve set or just exhaust valves. Our HD Exhaust valves are a good match if you already have stainless intake valves.
