VAC Motorsports is excited to offer hand made, precision tubular exhaust manifolds for the discriminating BMW tuner.
In a market flooded with poor knock offs, flawed designs, awful fitment, and overall lack of options, we have been hesitant to offer any manifold till we found the quality that satisfied our high standards.
We are now happy to give you our VAC Turbo Manifolds, made in the USA to race standards.

VAC's M42 Manifolds built in the USA:
- lifetime warranty against cracking
- Thick wall 304 stainless steel construction
- 1/2" thick flanges
- T25/T28, T3, or T4 turbo flange
- Choice of wastegate flange, or no flange
- Tubular runners that combine to a smooth 4-into-1 merge collector for low turbulence and high flow.
Tech Details
Made from 304 stainless, tubular construction. Top-mount turbo manifold for E30 318is with the DOHC M42 4 cylinder.
Designed with a 4 into 1 merge collector and 1.68" ID runners for high flow capability. Available with T25/T28, T3, or T4 flanges as well as any wastegate flange of your choice. Wastegate placement is on the rear of the collector for excellent performance and control. Turbo placement allows for many turbo choices. Slight bending of a 3" section of the frame-rail pinch-weld is all that is needed for clearance.
Most manifolds are hand fabricated when you place your order so you get exactly the specs you need. As these are special order, please keep in mind they may take 2-4 weeks for completion.please call or email if you have any questions about your turbo project.
