With your engine in VAC's hands; you supply a bare block along with the main bearing caps and we do the rest!

The job starts with full clean, check, and degrease the block.
The block is then jigged to be machined and then bored to fit the new VAC sleeves. The bores are checked and the sleeves are measured and pressed into the block. These sleeves are bored to your required size and precision honed to fit the new forged pistons required.
