Of course, this kit is also perfect for the naturally aspirated tuners among us, just select the .070 or .080 thickness sizes that fits your needs.

• .070 is stock thickness, and works well if your head has only been lightly resurfaced, your gasoline/petrol quality is good, and your cooling system is in order.
• .080 thickness is a good choice for many supercharger kits, especially hot climates or poor quality gas as it very, very slightly drops compression. Also if your head has been resurfaced two or more times this is a good choice.
• .120 drops compression a good bit to allow high boost levels from a Turbo. Works well for high boost M50/M52.
• .140 is a good choice for the high boost S50us/S52us. If you want to reach the power limits of the stock S50/ S52 internals with a reflashed/tuned BMW ECU, this is the size that is popular.
