This full synthetic high-technology lubricant (ELF HTX 3818) is a multigrade Race lubricant for 4 stroke gasoline engines when subjected to motorsports use.
It was specifically formulated to obtain maximum engine power under race conditions and was developed for the leading factory teams in formula and Prototype racing. Very possibly, the highest performing oil available.
ELF HTX 3818 is recommended for short, high speed runs requiring absolutely optimal performance, such as track sprints and qualification trials.
The Total/Elf HTX 38xx range stems directly from their experience in Formula 1 and Moto GP and is used in exclusively for the development and operation of Moto GP, Superbike and Formula 3 engines. Now it's found its way into AMLS and LeMans, and our VAC World Challenge E46.
