A know week point on all 3 series, and 3 series based vehicles is the rear upper shock mounting location. This area can be deformed over time simply by absorbing road irregularities, especially if you have upgraded suspension or a M car.

Many company's make an upper shock mount but we sell and use what we believe is the best you can get for your BMW. Structural improvement and quality is dramatically better next to uprated OEM or "lifetime" replacements others market as "high performance".
These units also have special durometer firm rubber strut rod mounts that are stiff enough to let the damper do its job while they maintain a quiet controlled ride. They are the best we have found for all around performance; friendly on the street, responsive enough for the track.
A must have when doing ANY rear suspension upgrade, these will save you time, money, and help save your chassis.
