We feel that these are the best pistons manufactured for your high performance or racing engine: Working closely with CP, these piston sets meet our most stringent expectations and hold
all of the of power and high RPM use without issue.
Many pistons look alike, however; our CP Pistons use spot on clearances, specification, dimensions, and metallurgy that are specifically engineered to perfect compatibility with each BMW application and engine technology. Enjoy long lasting results and engine life on and off the track.
By default, M54 pistons are stocked in the VAC recomended first oversize bore of (84.5mm)

Expedited production services are available for applications not in stock; 2-3 week ($200) 1-2 week ($300) or 3 Day ($500). Please place a request at the end of your order in the notes section if you would like this service. You won't be charged additional if your application is in stock and ready to ship.
Please inquire if you need World challenge spec pistons. These pistons are an off the shelf application for E46s (M54tu) that wish to stay within the legal engine rules for Speed World Challenge.
