Clutchmasters uses a high leverage design and proprietary friction materials so pedal effort is comfortable and engagement is as smooth as possible, also lasting a great deal of time in your transmission.
By adding a sprung hub disc to many of these BMW applications, annoying chatter and noise gained if adding a lightweight flywheel is greatly reduced or nearly eliminated. Depending on your car's use, we offer five performance options to match whatever your needs:

• All Clutchmasters clutches are built around the excellent base of an OE Manufactured Sachs clutch, then dramatically improved into something much better:

  Pressure Plate: ClutchMasters increase the clamping force on the pressure plate by changing the lever action which adds a minimal amount of pedal stiffness compared to other methods. Also, they replace the straps with beefier pieces and add an additional layer for good measure; this has proven to be the Achille's heel on most pressure plates (as we have found with other clutches) and is a must for cars that will receive any extended hard use.

  Clutch Disc: Steel-backed lining to enhance the structural integrity of the material which is complemented by the highest quality hub assemblies available to ensure durability and driveability.
