| A note about S14 oil pumps: In the BMW world, its common knowledge that the BMW M50 engine have oil pump sprockets strip and fail when they are tracked. Did you know that although it is rare, this DOES happen on the S14 as well? We highly recommend our S14 "OPUK" (standing for Oil Pump upgrade Kit) for any S14 that sees sustained high RPMs such as Autobahn or track use. This kit permanently eliminates the nut backing off the shaft, or the sprocket stripping off the drive.
