Saturday, 03/01/2008 VAC Now Stocking TRS FIA Approved Harnesses
VAC Motorsports is proud to announce that they have come to an agreement with TRS (Total Restraint Systems) from the UK and are now the main US importer for TRS’ excellent product line. TRS has been manufacturing FIA approved Harnesses and Safety Equipment since 1989 and serves a large European market. TRS is a leading supplier to Rally teams as well as Road Racing and other motorsport venues.
Some of the features that set TRS Harnesses apart from the others are:

FIA Approved and therefore are valid for 5 years.

Polyester based material stretches 4 times less than Nylon material during impact.

Alloy Adjusters available which enable extremely easy adjustments and are 40% lighter than the standard steel adjusters.

HANS friendly design. Shoulder belts step down to 2” design and have a non-slip soft rubber on the backside to keep the belt on the HANS unit at all times.

Velcro on lap belts to help secure lap belts to the seat during drivers changes.

Velcro on shoulder belts to always keep the adjusting belts in easy reach.

Velcro strip on shoulder belt to keep radio wires in place.

Harnesses are available in 4, 5 and 6 Point systems.

Harnesses are sold with the required eyebolts. Washers and nuts are available separately.
